Still Puzzled After All This Time
I really wonder sometimes if, or maybe I shd say how many other lupies, get really frustrated as I do when it's like the mind and the body can't seem to get their act together on getting things done be it around the house or any number of little things on a To Do List in life.
It's almost like the mind is running & waiting to get going & get life moving & the body just can't get into gear. Or even the other way around. Either way the two are not speaking the same language.
I guess I find it frustrating cause for me I can't even blame it on any physical pain or discomfort or any such issue. It's almost like there's just something missing that body & mind are not connecting properly. It's sort of like I could sit on my loveseat & just stare into space & not really concentrate on anything concrete or maybe I shd say & not really have to think period.
As I now unload in my journal I'm wondering if this is all part of the Lupus Brain Fog thing or shd I just look in a mirror & give myself a talking to for getting too lazy!!!!
Anyone who might be checking this out - do you think some kind of written To Do type list would maybe be a benefit here. Or better still if anyone has any personal ideas that work for you let me know. I'm game to hear any and all.
