Still Not Sleeping
I slept like crap again last night. I did manage some sleep from like 11-2, in spurts from 15-45 minutes, then awake for a while again. Played Tetris with Geo and kicked his butt. Ah, the joys of Tetris. I used to be sooo good at it, now I'm still good, but learning the new controls.
I leave at 6:15am tomorrow to go see my mom. I will be gone for about a week. I know I won't be able to keep up my daily updates, so I will try and write stuff down and type and post later.

sorry about the sleep. i have been suffering the same thing since my pdoc took me off of my morning dose of seroquel.. i know how difficult it is going without sleep. i do hope thta we both start getting sleep soon.i hope you trip to see mom is a good one. and maybe you will sleep there.. have a safe trip.. hugs ..marie

Hope you can start sleeping better its so hard to deal with i have same issues. Hope you have great time with your visit with your mom :) Look forward to reading your journal when you get back take care
