Still in the saddle...

It's almost Friday for me...this business is so crazy!! But I must like it since I have been doing it for so long...maybe I am a bit scared to try something new...been thinking about going back to school to become a teacher though..wish they made better money...
Still waiting to hear if our letters have landed in the right hands...I have been doing a lot of extra praying...hoping to get some responses soon even if they are not the ones we are looking for...any response would be better than none at all right??
Work is depressing me to my core...major struggles with it right now...I remember one of my mentors telling me "Jacqueline, if you expect others to have the same work ethic that you do, you will be sorely disapponited each and everytime!." Wow, she was so right!!! There is no such thing as fair play in the casino world!
I guess I should get my butt back to work...I am enjoying watching my new craps dealers on the live games...they are all doing really well and they do make me proud...

P.S. Maymay...your kids are amazing, just like you were. I went through all of the pictures of you that I have this past week and I am so wishing I had been more of a shutterbug!! You were so photogenic...thanks for all the smiles!!! They gave me strength for the moment...Love you with all my heart and then some...missing you terribly as always...XOXOXOXOX...Momma
