Still in pain

I knocked my left wrist on a door frame at work 3 weeks ago. I had an x-ray to see if it was fractured, it was not. I am on Tramadol and Paracetomol for the pain but I am still in alot of pain and discomfort when driving and carrying paperwork at work. Emotionally I feel brilliant though Until Next Time
