STILL HURTING & STILL PISSED OFF!
HI everyone, well for everyone's information & carring & asking WHEN AM I GETTING THE OPERATION?? well forlks the BUTT HEADS from WORKERS COMP. still can't makeup their minds! but as for now they are stalling , they do not want to pay out 450.000 for the operation that I do have proof their is damaged from getting hurt on the job! so after 16 DR. 3 did say yes you did it & your back is damaged from the injury! but the last DR. has all the real proof & I'M sure my lawyer will ream them a new butt after the 1st. DR did not do anything about it for quite a long time & 2nd & 3rd & 4th DR all will have my lawyers will teach all & any DR. s to not do that again to me or too anyone in this c ondition & miss reading any & all films thats what their for & if they would have done the correct tests in the first place I would not have been in this much pain & for this long of time ! SO friends they are sending me too their 3rd shrink , too see if it's in my head - can you believe that??? dumb butts! really people can you even think what they are doing is delay as long as possible & try too drain me so I find others to do surgery - well no matter what ever if I do get someone else too do it , they will still pay for it! no matter what- I WILL MAKE SURE & MY LAWYER WILL MAKE SURE!! -- GOD BLESS EVERYONE - THANKS FOR REALLY CARRING ABOUT ME - WE ALL LOOK AFTER ONE ANOTHER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! ---PETERS

i dont get workers comp people...its not like everyone is filing claims, but i guess that is the thing...if they make it easy then everyone would file.

Your day will come. Just going to take a little longer. But trust me, your day will come. But when your lawyer gets a settlement for you, I hope it\'s in the big numbers! That\'s the only thing they seem to understand, big numbers!
