Still feeling unwell

Four weeks ago I was given Omeprazole 20mg twice a day for four weeks now they are reduced too one a day, 

Rang doctors two weeks ago still feeling sick and pains in my stomach they give me Ranitidine 150mg twice a day.

I have had a few days feeling ok, but the last few day' the  feeling sick is back have still some pain in stomach.

I still have very little appetite and don't want to do anything, I don't know what to do should I ring doctors again

or should I wait  to see if these tablets work.it seems a long time to get over this..
