Still at it...
Hello Ladies!
Just an update: I've been exercising about 5 days a week & it feels good! I haven't done as well at keeping track of what I eat, but I know I'm still eating better foods than I was before.
The scale says I've lost another pound, but at this point, I'm not watching the scale as closely because I hope to be building muscle.
ABOUT MY KIDS:
The children are sweet as always. On Sunday, we were supposed to sing in church. We decided we would go up there as a family: my husband holding our baby boy & me holding our baby girl & big sister standing in front of us. Our 2-year-old daughter sang along for about half of it--but oh, I wish you could have heard our baby boy! He sang loud & long in the mic (am I supposed to spell that mike?) & it was ADORABLE. A nice strong "AHHHHH," right on cue...it was awesome. After he sang his "part" with my husband, he tried to pull the bow off his five-year-old sister's head, but she just kept on singing as if nothing was going on. My husband had bronchitis, so it worked well to have the kids sing with us & "hide us" a little bit. I tell you, I have never in my life received so many compliments after a musical number. Our son stole the show and everyone LOVED it!
