Still an inpatient
Been here for 6 weeks now. I'm slowly getting more and more 'good' days. It's taken a long time again and some more changes of medication. I'm still up and down and seem to have no control over the mood swings but I'm heading in the right direction.
I've been on one to one obs with a nurse since I came in but hopefully I'm going to be off of it by the end of the week.
I'm lucky to still be here as I'm in a private hospital. No beds in the NHS. The staff have much more time for you, although I have my one to one nurse anyway. There are lots of groups to go to but after being here 6 weeks, they tend to be repeating themselves now. So my consultant is asking a OT therapist to do some home skills groups like cooking and tomorrow I'm off to a stables near by to help out as part of therapy.
So I thought I'd better write something here incase anyone wonders where I am and what I'm doing. Will try and update again soon, hope everyone is ok.
