Still a work in progress

I am walking 4 miles per day after work and on weekends I walk it twice per day.  It's helps with the anxiety, but I feel so lonely.



I feel the same way when I don\'t have the kids. during the week, there is less time to think about being alone, I go to work, then gym, then wind down.
During the weekend is harder. I go to the pool and read for a couple of hours but there is still the rest of the day. Not used to being alone at all. I find myself texting or calling anyone in my contact lis,
