Stiff and sore, and not in a good way.

So today I'm walking gingerly and feeling stiff. Why? Because Tuesday and Wednesday, DH and I were at my parent's place helping them do some landscaping in their backyard. They built a 10 foot by 10 foot patio using gravel, sand and large patio stones. They also made a large gravel filled circle for their burn pit, with a gravel walkway from the patio to the circle.
DH did a lot of work helping my brother dig out the circle and helping my dad lay the patio stones. I helped, but not nearly as much as DH did. I shoveled a few tons of gravel and laid out some for the patio. Also carried 4 or 5 18kg bags of sand and spent a bit of time attempting to help level out the gravel/sand area for the patio stones to go on. Moved a few patio stones too.
I'm mainly stiff today, because I tried to limit what I did (in case of a BFP in a week), but the back of my thigh feels like I've got a needle going straight down it whenever I stand up. Just a thin line of pain along the outer edge of my left thigh, on the back. Obviously I did something wrong, and I think it was when I was shoveling gravel yesterday. I was trying to use my legs instead of my back to lift the shovel full of gravel and at one point my left leg slipped on some loose gravel as I was lifting. I didn't feel anything then, but it's likely the cause of my pain today.
Poor DH has to work today, and he's describing his back and legs as 2x4's. Luckily he's only really stiff today instead of in pain. I made him take a hot bath last night to help relax his muscles a bit.
My Mum's thankfully not making that big a deal of Mother's Day this year. I think it finally got through to her that it hurts me when she goes on and on about it. She was dropping hints about what she'd like, which for once is not a TV series or something stupidly expensive. She wants garden decor items, which can be expensive, but I know a few places I can get a few items for cheaper. I think I may just get her a gift card to somewhere and get her to pick out her own garden items. She'll be pissy with that, but hey, at least she can choose something she likes.
Today, other than feeling stiff, I'm kind of blah. I was all excited when I found out that the Letrozole did work, but it's waning. I'm scared of getting a BFN. I mean something FINALLY worked, I ovulated for most likely the first (maybe second) time in my life, but what if it was the left ovary that released the egg? With my left tube blocked, it'll never get fertilized. And there's a 50/50 chance that it was the left.
I'm also scared of something else being wrong. What if anovulation isn't the only problem I have with getting pregnant. Gah! I hate going through the 'what if' stage. I think myself into a corner and then bawl like a baby for hours because of all the negative thoughts. I'm just so worried and scared. I keep asking myself if this is normal to feel, but then I realize that there is no such thing as 'normal' when dealing with infertility. We all deal with these things in a different way. Yeah, there are similarities, but can we really define this as 'normal'?

Doesn\'t it suck that movement is the best way to deal with the stiff/soreness of having moved to much the previous day. All you want to do is sit and be, yet that makes it worse. For me anyways.
And yes a BFN would suck, and yes your odds of conceiving are lowered because of the blocked tube, but I hope you can find hope and a better outlook knowing that the letrozole worked and will work for the next cycle in the event that you don\'t get a BFP.
