Steroids didn't work
Today my "baby" turned 22 years old so March 15th has a permanent marker on my heart.
Hopefully, not so permanent---is life with Grave's Disease! My doctor told me yesterday that the experiment with steroids proved unsuccessful and I am now in God's waiting room once again. This time six weeks---I wait for another TSI count and see if I am still in the active phase. Evidently, no need to try radiation or IV steroids---my symptoms will need to be alleviated surgically when I am not in a "hot" phase.
I place my hope in God, always, that He is at work while I wait for relief.
