am I wrong for thinking that  this whole  custody battle  has done more bad than good? even on my marriage ?! it's what's best for 10 year old sd ,,but she deliberately lies and constantly  creates  drama  and ends with bm  calling  DHR or cops,, she begs to go back to  mothers  home and swears she doesn't want to live with us... my husband and I  have  never fought so much ... I say to him -- don't be what stands in her way ,because she will resent you.... but her mom wasn't taking care of her at all . we have had custody of her 2 years  and the constant battle has never stopped...

 we are currently in good waters  right now but only for like a month  so far but it's like a waiting game, for something else to happen . I feel like saying sometimes --- I'm soooo  done
