Step One - Real Estate Agent

I got a call from the real estate agent that sold me the house today and am meeting with her tomorrow to start the process of putting the house on the market. If she agrees to list the house, There might be a chance that I can sell out without going bankrupt.
The kitchen and bathroom are a huge problem with the house, and the unfinished work in the rest as well, but I might be able to get out of here paying off the debts and start over. We'll see what she has to say when she comes.
I don't hold too high a hope that I will be able to get a good result but there is the possibility.
