Able to sit in house without a television or some other noise maker on.  Did this for four hours.  A whole day when I did not call my father.  Back to writing fanfiction and posting to my website.
 
Onto step 5:  Go to favorite theater(DH and I loved this place) without my husband.  That's going to be a challenge but I know I'll get through.
