STBX\'s Brother Passed Away

She called me all upset, telling me she needs health insurance when the divorce is final. She then tells me she has not taking her blood pressure meds, and doesn't want to end up like Danny. When I question what she means, she told me her younger brother had a heart attack and died. She then asked me to handle some errands for her, and I agreed. She said she is not driving to be with her family as she has to work on getting insurance. I do not like seeing her (or anyone) in distress. I would offer to drive her, but she told me she does not want my help in her private matters. In the meantime today was supposed to be the day she presented a settlement offer. My atty is waiting until tomorrow before proceeding with a more agressive ending to this, as she has scheduled a hearing for next week. I am sad about her brother, he was a good man. I am sad about her response to me, just further proof that the marriage is dead.
