STBX and her Atty are total IDIOTS
Well had a mediation yesterday and the stbx has lost her marbles.
She refused to sign off my totaled truck because she claims hers is not worth the same amount. Hell let her total hers and see what she gets. She also had a list of items that remain in the house and priced well over retail. Funny I have receipts for most and priced items we were given for free. She is a bitch plain and simple . So my attorney and I folded up our books and said see you at trial.
And we have a pre nup she is fighting. Good luck with that one. There is a special place in hell for people like her.

Sorry I have not been around much. Work has been crazy and being 2 months behind leaves little time for anything else. So an update is warranted
We had our first trial 3/31, her stupid atty. thought we were there for mediation not trial so he was not really prepared. the STBX was caught in multiple lies, and we have a second trial 5/27. She claims she never knew about our pre-nup, but seconds later she said she signed one. DUH. But said the atty that drew it up only let her see the signature page and never explained it to her. So now we are taking a trial deposition from the atty that drew it up tomorrow 5/11. And after the first trial was over, my atty had to take a leak so I guarded our papers. The judge turned to them and said you better settle this before you return in May. The judge figured I did not hear him say that. But her atty is SO STUPID he will not settle and I will not settle for anything at this point. The extra few bucks now will be worth seeing her have a meltdown on the stand.
Hope everyone else has been doing well. I will try to do better for updates.
And the atty that drew up our pre-nup is very well known by all the judges in the county. Lol
