Staying on course
Well, I didn't do too bad with food this past weekend at the beach. I ate ok. I did have 1 small ice cream cone. But my walking was good. My 2 travel days, Friday and Monday, I only got about 5500 steps in each those two days. Saturday, I got in over 21,000 and Sunday, I got in over 28,000!!! Woo Hoo! That was 10.61 miles, my all time personal best by a long shot! I weighed myself today. Down to 151.
Exercise today: 8 mins of Wii Fit Plus, 18.5 mins of Wii Golds Gym Dance Workout (124.5 calories burned!), 33 minutes walk the dog. I am over my 10,000 steps today (just.)
Beach was good. Only problem caused by Hurricane Earl was the waves were huge, so you could not go above your waist in the ocean. My friend got knocked down by a huge wave and got a huge shiner on her cheek. Cape May was beautiful. Our room overlooked the ocean. Had dinner at my mom's yesterday when we picked up Kona. Boy, was she ever happy to see us! And of course, mommy missed her terribly!
Work is a bitch. 6 fires in 1 1/2 weeks. I am whooped. On the road tomorrow and Thursday so far. Praying for a break. An employee in auto department (woman) drove last week to the Delaware memorial Bridge, pulled over and jumped off and committed suicide! Her husband works for my insurance company too. It's getting scary.
In the meantime, I switched from Lexapro to Cymbalta. I am no better. Still fatigued out the whazoo. Tired of being tired. Thinking of going off all this crap entirely. Just going to take Xanax if I have to drive. It has been months since I felt like myself.
