Staying focused!
I didn't feel like running this morning at all. Just the thought of doing it made me tired. I remembered I had a bad habit of focusing on the end instead of the beginning. I remembered that it was better to do something rather then nothing.I ended up doing 2 miles today and was satisfied with that.
A few years ago, a physical therapist who was treating me for my back problem told me that I tend to set my goals too high and I try to reach them too quick. With that in mind I am giving myself until the end of august to reach my 3 mile goal.
Am I still setting my goals too high? I can't help but wonder. What the hell, I can always change them if I have to.
I kinda wish I had insurance. Then I wouldn't have to worriy about dr bills piling up, and I wouldn't have to keep the visits to a bare minimum. That's life I guess.
God Bless you all!
