Starting the New Year.

Sooo! After this huge fight with my gf we came to an mutual agreement... I agreed to continue staying at my moms house while we continue therapy sessions together, she said at the end of the month we would talk about me moving in again. So I'm assuming if things are going well I'll be back home soon hopefully. This situation with my gf, and me not being home has put a hinderance on my happiness and recovery. I have so many victories to be happy about however with my relationship on thin ice I havnt been able to be happy. BLAH - So hopefully it will work out soon! But on a happier note, I did have a really nice weekend! On Friday my gf, her dad, one of our friends and I took the train to west palm beach, which is like an hour away give or take with traffic. It was fun and spontaineous and I enjoyed it a lot. A pigeon pooped on my gfs head which was actually really funny and entertaining while waiting for the train lol. The train ride was enjoyable, I hadnt been on a train so it was new and interesting. We got to west palm, and walked in this area of fancy shoppes  and walked up hill and down hill and up stairs and down stairs... and i was surprisingly ok yay for that. We went to a yummy mexican restaraunt and I had some fijitas and a corona which was soooo good after all that walking!!! We took this little trolly they had around the area and that was fun too... lol I kinda felt like a tourest in my own state. We had fun jogging up hill and then passing my heartrate watch around to see what everyones was, and I felt better knowing mine was more "normal" then i thought! ( My heartrate worries me sometimes, but I think thats because I didnt know what it was before all of this, but all my drs say its aok, and the more research I do with websites and my new watch  Ive come to realize it may be on the high side of normal, but it is infact withen normal limits so woohoo for that realization! ) So we were all pooped on the train ride back, I put my ipod on and relaxed and looked out the window... and it was nice. Stepping off the train and toward  the parking lot, I saw something under a bench and then it moved... i realized it was a kitten! I ran over and picked it up...and instantly fell inlove! Its black with pretty green eyes and only about one lb.  My gf and I gave it a bath and bought some stuff at pets mart and in between seeing friends over the weekend we played with the kitty! Its like my little baby! It looks pretty healthy aside from being thin, but we have already trained it to use the litter box so yay! and washed it all up and its nice and fluffy and soft. When we can afford it we willl look into getting it the proper shots and vaccines and then later possibly declawing and neutering. Its a boy, but it has a pink collar lol! We named it michelle after a friend of my gf's who died a few years back that loved animals. So yes it has a girls name and a pink collar but its a boy ... lol oh well. But at least I said, he can be french and he can be Mi-chelle like michael in french lol...oh well I tried for him anyways. Ive been very occupied by this little critter hes like my baby! Aside from the little scratches ive got all over I really like him! Sat. An out of town friend of my gfs was in so we went to the mall and the movies and couple stores and such and it was nice A LOT of walking again woohoo! I was having minor tmj flare up so I was a little grumpy but it all passed so thats good. Sun. Me and my gf stayed home and played with the kitty and I cleaned up the apt a little bit and she cooked, it was a nice lazy day... then sunday night back to my moms house UGH. Mon. Start work full time this week - Ive only been working tues, wedes, and thurs. But now im back to 5 days, and a little nervous but I think itll be ok. I started my treadmill like I promised myself I would. I could only get 15 minutes in, but thats something right after an 8 hour day. I stayed pretty steady at 2.5 and then ran twice at 4.5 for about two minutes each. My heart was pounding, but pulse wasnt too high about 160 when running and 125 when walking fast. I was only out of breath while running and not to bad at that. Im trying my best to get a regime going and then build up the time as well.  I need to start focusing on my diet more too. So I have to say with me being so busy I havnt had much time to think about blood clots... hmm what a feeling that is - Its almost freaky to go an extended amount of time without any real time spent thinking/worrying about clots. One more inch toward being me!
