Starting over Day 1

I hit enter by mistake and nothing went through, well it is Saturday already and I am at work, I am going to be positive about me making a mistake again, I will start over and I am going to go to a G.A. I think there is one on Wednesday, I will let everyone know how that goes, for now I will just take one minute and every hour and one day at a time, I will get everything back in order as well and get back on track. I will get there one day. I will not give up this fight, I will not let this addiction ruin my life, I will not move back to yesterday, I will focus on what is important in life, life is so short as it is, why ruin it. Well I am work so I need to right now, I will check back in later. Hugs, Mindy

You can do this Mindy! Remember we are in this together and we will fight together! I will be here this evening if you want to chat. The spirit in you is so strong, you can get past this.

You go girl, keep up that positive attitude. Mike recently said that for him , relapse or a slip was not an option. I think we all need to come to that... I am trying... join me??

Glad you are figthing this, GA is a great idea. If that is not for you try counselling or a support group that really worked for me. Support group is a group of 4-5 people that talk whenever they feel about gambling, plus the counseller usually gives you a different strategy each week to help with fighting gambling. Stay strong, let me know how you went in GA.

Sorry I have out of touch a bit. You hang in there. One day, hour, minute, at a time. I hope you are doing okay.
