Starting my journey towards health
Today starting my journey, have been to info meeting this week from my surgeon, got referral set up appointment for first surgical consult to get the ball rolling hopefully IT wont take 6 months, because my insurance dosent require a six month medically supervised diet, so keeping my fingers crossed, I AM SO READY

i SEEM TO BE IN LIMBO PUTTING EVERYTHING ON HOLD UNTIL I KNOW IF THIS SURGERY IS REALLY GOING TO HAPPEN, MY KNEES HURT SO NOT ACTIVE AT ALL I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING TO MYSELF IS

Today finally got my referral for surgeon, so excited, it took long enough almost a month just to get referral, I hear that with Tricare, South when you get a referral to see your surgeon they have already approved you for the surgery too, yea, go see doc in 9 days cant wait janeekay
Just ten more days til see the psychologist then one more appt for the psych testing, sure hope I PASS HA HA, went to support mtg last nite it was great, I know that I have made the right choice, I am down 8 lbs in one week , YEA!
finished with psych tests today yea now just wait somemore, still on 1200 cals lost 14 lbs so far havent weighed this week afraid to, I might not have lost anything and would be disappointed, hopefully will get a message from the Docs office sooner than later,
day after thanksgiving I am down almost 17 lbs since I started on Sep 29
DOWN 22 LBS SINCE STARTED ON MY JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH EVERYTHING HAS BEEN TURNED INTO INSURANCE, WAITING TO HEAR OFFICE SAID PROBABLY 2 WEEKS!!!
