Starting my journey towards health

Today starting my journey, have been to info meeting this week from my surgeon, got referral set up appointment for first surgical consult to get the ball rolling hopefully IT wont take 6 months, because my insurance dosent require a six month medically supervised diet, so keeping my fingers crossed, I AM SO READY
