Started New Med
My neurologist put me on a new seizure med. This is my second day and I am not feeling any bad side effects so far. It does seem that it has slowed my brain down a bit, which I think is good as I tend to have so much on my mind at all times. I am feeling optimistic.

Just asking. Do you have seizures regularly or periodically? My wife had them on occasion I believed from the medications she was taking. They were scary to see her go thru. I hope yours are controlled with this medication now.

hey sandi i\'m glad to hear your new med is agreeing with you so far. i\'m on lots of meds after my kidney transplant so i sure hear you re side effects. take careened have a great weekend.

My optimism went down the drain and my side effects are unbearable. I am barely able to work. I am so shaky, weak, so much pain in my shoulders and neck, headaches, moody, unsteady, and dizzy. God, I wish I knew what to do. I\'d almost rather risk another seizure.
