SSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOO sleepy!!!

No matter how good the day, the night is still horrible!!!Today I am, as is most days, lonely. But when a day is followed by a night of terror in dreams, it makes the day seem even worse than most. I could out do Steven King accourding to most that I tell some of my dreams too. But I prefer to try to forget them. I had such a bad panic attack last night. Worse than most. Today is quiet in the house and I am fighting not to sleep. I pray that one day my sleep will bring rest.
