New cocktail for this year (in pill form from Natures Way):
- Slippery Elm
- Marshmallow
- Licorice
- Ginger

Keep me posted how you do! I am also wanting to try something new. When you say \"cleaning\" I am assuming you are trying cleanse? I have seen some of these ingredients in colon cleanse. Take care!
