Spouse of Heart Attack Survivor
Hi Everyone,
I am the spouse of a heart attack/stent survivor. My husband had a massive heart attack on November 10 with a 100% blockage in the LAD. He had two stents put in and, after 1 day on balloon pump, 2 days on vent, 3 days in CCU, he was moved to a room and came home on November 16.
He is doing well, but my anxiety is hard. I am so very nervous and I keep checking to make sure he is okay.
It is good to know that what I am feeling is normal from reading all the posts. My children get frustrated with me - but I am trying to be positive.
Thanks for listening.
Sallie
