Spiritual Awakening

I'm feeling better today.   I saw a a program today on Oprah's network called, LifeClass The Tour with Oprah & Deepak Chopra/Spiritual Solutions.  I usually do not watch such programs, but I wanted to try to understand this spiritual side of things in life.  The idea is to live with an open heart...we are all spiritual being living a human exprience.  I came away with the idea... if you treat people with respect, people will respect you.  If you do something kind & from the heart, then GOD will do something for you.  To be grateful for the things we have & the experiences with share with other people in our life.   To be happy, respect others & to love life.   The past is gone, the furture hasn't come yet and live in the now/today.  Being thankful for the now...is the only way to happy in the furture.  When you can look back in the past and say,  I loved, my life, my family and friends.  To know they all love you.  Most of all GOD loves you.
