THANK YOU ANGEL FRIENDS!!! :) Enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful sunday :) i'm doing ok, and feeling better, and more relaxed :) it helped me a lot, to write, and share about our shopping experience yesterday. Thank you all for your wonderfully comforting, and uplifting support, and encouragement, and for believing in me :) i read all of your heart-felt comments :) from my heart to yours, thank you :) i feel very blessed, inspired, motivated, and determined to continue up the good spirits, and hard work with my exposure therapy :) it's so comforting, and uplifting knowing you all are with me, every step of the way :) i'm with you all too! :) it's wonderful getting to support, and encourage eachother here on ds :) i feel the love, each and every day :) i already can't wait, until the next time we go out to shop :) i'm having a really nice organizing/cleaning, and writing day :) oh my! :) i went cleaning wild here in my computer room today :) focusing in on 2 areas of my computer room, i vacuumed, dusted, i organized really well, and even found a few things, that had fallen behind my computer table here. i'm super excited, about the cleaning i accomplished, i also wrote some cards :) i feel in tune with the day too, with some nature walks :) i've got a great feeling, this upcoming week, is gonna be awesome! :) We got lots of nice things to look forward too, including nature walks, sweet treats tuesday, post office adventure, Valentine's day, and lots more :) i'm very excited, about the upcoming week :) This afternoon, my mom, dad, and i had a spontaneous adventure, in the Rose city :)
A fun car ride adventure, in the Rose City :) i wanted to begin my journal, and share about a nice spontaneous adventure my mom, dad, and i had this afternoon :) my mom said, "Chris, want to come with us to Vocatura's?" :) i said, "sure!" :) i really would love to go for a car ride :) We enjoyed a nice time, cruising into the Rose City :) i was thinking of you all, and had my camera with me :) i wanted to take some pictures to share :) we were driving into the inner pasrt of our city, where the marina is, and there's also some historic buildings, including the Waurwegan hotel (which they renovated), in the 1800's, the President Abraham Lincoln stayed at that hotel :) it's really neat to think back to those days, and how historic some of the buildings in our city are :) my mom, dad, and i drove over to Vocatura's bakery :) they make the best grinders (subs/sandwiches) around our area :) we love to get our grinders from there :)
At vocatura's, my mom and dad went in, and ordered some nice ham, cheese, salami grinders for us, and also picked up, a nice bottle of Olive Oil imported from Italy :) my mom and dad were very excited, my mom said, "dad bought an expensive bottle of olive oil!" :) awww! :) it's really nice :) my mom and dad also bought some "Bricks" :) they call bread rolls here, at the bakery, "bricks", they are a nice bread roll, that you can make into a "grinder"/sub sandwich :) after we were set at Vocatura's, my mom, dad, and i drove over to dunkin donuts :) my dad treated us to some nice drinks :) an iced tea for my mom, a nice blueberry iced coffee for me, and my dad got an iced coffee :) we enjoyed a nice car ride home :) it sure was nice going out for a car ride, it had been a while since my mom and i had gone into the city :) i will include my new pictures in my journal today :) it was a really nice spontaneous adventure :) very special thanks for my mom and dad, for the nice grinder sandwich (i'm having for dinner), and also my iced coffee :) CHEERS! :)
BIG GROUP SUNNY HUG, from our home to yours :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a peaceful sunday :) i went absolutely cleaning and organizing wild today here in my computer room :) it felt great, to do this nice cleaning, and organizing :)it's a nice relaxing, and peaceful day at home :) i've been taking in some peaceful time, enjoying time online, writing to friends, and enjoyed a nice healthy lunch :) i read all of your heart-felt comments on my saturday journal, and all of your nice hugs, and messages :) i feel very comforted, and uplifted :) i've been talking with my mom, and friends, i feel so much better than yesterday. :) my mom even said, "best thing to do, is look forward to new day, and new shopping" :) it's so true :) it felt good to be able to write it out yesterday, about the rough experience i had at the store. during my writings, i let my feelings, emotions, and thoughts, flow, and it really is theraputic :) it helps a lot :)
It's so nice, to have a journal here on ds, to write in :) whether it's a great day, or a rough day, or good times rough times, journals are great to write, and to be able to look back on, with lots of learning, healing, and moving forward into achieving more progress :) i'm definitely feel better after yesterday, when it comes to the experience. my head is hurting a bit, but i think it's just from the anxiety yesterday. i knew going into the day, i'd be resting today, at home, and accomplishing some organizing/cleaning goals :) i'm definitely looking forward to going out to shop again, probably next weekend :) i think lots of my frustration from yesterday's experience, was about how i was in the mindset of thinking, i went through the experience for no reason, and didn't accomplish what i set out to do, by getting s ome items, but i realize, making it through an experience like that, truly helps in the long run, the building of the foundation of confidence, and also the knowledge gained, i know more positives will come forth from yesterday, and the positives are always the best to focus on :)
You all are so nice, and wonderful to my family and i :) after i posted my journal yesterday, i put some episodes of the universe on, and spent some nice time here on ds :) i was reading your comments, and also reading your comments today :) i want to thank you all, for believing in me, and having faith in me :) it helps me a lot, and i love to be able to bring you all right there with me in spirit, to give an insight into how things are going with my therapy :) it definitely is a victory, and progress made, just to want to go out, and to also go into places, keeping active with it, it's truly an accomplishment to be proud of :) i know i was very down, and upset about how things went yesterday, but i think it will definitely go better next time :) having motivation already to go out again, really gives me some nice hope too :) i want you all to know, how very much i appreciate you all, and also the hope, and strength you all give me, is wonderful gift, and blessing my heart cherishes, and treasures :) CHEERS!!! to continued healing, sharing, and helping eachother grow, and blossom, in the garden of life :)
Today, i've been doing some really nice cleaning, and organizing :) in 2 areas of my computer room today, i focused in, on some nice cleaning :) i found some awesome things that must have fell down behind my computer table here :) i found a nice sunflower oven mat, i also found, a nice bookmark, and some other items, coins, and papers :) i was so happy to find these items, and also at the same time, i was cleaning, and organizing really well :) i vacuumed my whole computer room, i also washed my floor, mini rugs, and i also did some dusting too :) this felt really nice, to accomplish :) my computer room is feeling fresh, and i even put some movies on this afternoon, on the abc family channel :)
i also blossomed into some writings today :) i'm gearing up to mail some very special deliveries this upcoming week :) i wrote some cards, i'm also putting the finishing touches on a nice new letter, for my dear ds mum (Bloss) and her family :) it's so nice, writing, and i feel like my writing spirit has really gotten to blossom over the past few days :) i'm enjoying writing, and also the nice sunshine we've been having this weekend :) i enjoyed 2 nature walks today, i love to get that nice fresh air, it's soothing, and refreshing :)i want to keep up, with my nature walks, and my organizing goal :) it's a great feeling ,to get things neat, tidy, and organized :) Today, my mom and dad have been doing some things around the house :) Kayla and Taylynn went out to visit with Taylynn's dad's parents : )they love to go over to visit with them during the weekends :) my sister Lisa went into work, and earlier Jenn and Mikey came over to visit :) my family and i are looking forward to celebrating Valentine's day with everyone on friday :) on sweet treats tuesday, i'm going to treat my family to some treats, as a special early Valentine's day gift :) on friday, it'll be Valentine's day, we're gonna have a fun baking friday adventure that day :) my family and i would love to take this time, to share with everyone, about some lovely gifts, and treasures we recieved :)

PRAYERS REQUEST. my family and i have a prayers request, for our dear friend Holly. She had a procedure on friday, and is in a lot of pain. We're enjoying a relaxing sunday :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) i'm gonna get a good night's rest tonight, i may put a dvd to treat myself to a dvd night :) i'm very excited about the upcoming week, counting down to the Valentine's day holiday, plus new episodes of ghost hunters, and ghost adventures :) the upcoming week is gonna be awesome :) i want to continue my writing spirit, as the week begins :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a nice salad, and also had some toast with peanut butter :) lunch was delicious! :) i'm feeling very positive about things :) gonna ease into the new week, with some nature walks :) we hope for some more sunshine this upcoming week :) i've noticed, it's been staying light outside, until around 5:30pm :) it's a great sign, that spring is on it's way :) Thank you angel friends, for all that you do for my family and i :) we appreciate everything, with all of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNSHINE HUG :) There's lots more good time sto look forward too :)

Greetings, from the Rose city! :) my mom, dad, and i enjoyed a really nice time, going for a car ride this afternoon to the rose city, Vocatura's bakery :) We got some nice grinders sandwiches, bricks bread rolls, and olive oil :) We love going to Vocatura's, and also seeing the sights around our city :) my brother Charlie and Barbara live right on the outer edge of the rose city :) i'm very happy and excited to share my new pictures with everyone :)

The Rose city Marina :) there's many seagulls, and ducks that love this area, especially during spring and summer season :) the Howard Brown memorial Park is here, where they have big events all throughout the spring and summer, including the 4th of July fireworks shows :) we saw some boats :) this is the Thames river, that flows past the Pequot bridge, where my dad, brother Bobby, and i went blueshell crabbing last summer down at the draw bridge :)




Waurwegen Hotel :) this is a famous hotel in our city, that was renovated about 7 years ago :) this hotel's famous for as very special visit in the 1800's, the President Abraham Lincoln visited our city then, and actually stayed at this hotel, which was nicely renovated :) the Lincoln room in this hotel, where Lincoln stayed, is actually right in this picture at the top of the hotel, and in the window of that room, there's a cardboard cutout of Lincoln :) each year, our city does a re-enactment, of Lincoln's famous visit to the city, with actors that play the roles, and it's a really cool show, our city puts on each year :)
Seafood Etc :) this is right across from Vocatura's bakery :) we sometimes get clams, and seafood from here :) back in the early 2000's, we had a picnic outside here, with clam-strips dinners :)
Rose City city sights :) it's pretty cool to go into the rose city :) about 3 years ago, they filmed a Zombies movie in our city, called "Remains". it's so neat, to see the movie, and the locations in our city where they filmed it :)most of the scenes, where filmed right in this middle part of our city :)
