Spanish Spicy Soup

1 package spicy sausage (would of used chorizo if I had it)

1/2 minced onion,

minced garlic,

1/2 riced cauliflower,

1 package frozen spinach,

1tbsp cumin,

1tsp chili powder,

1 packet sazon goya,

1 tsp turmeric,

salt and pepper,

6 cups water

1tbsp better than bouillon beef stock,

1 can fire roasted Rotel tomatoes and green chilies.

1 tbsp butter

1cup heavy cream

Brown 1 package spicy sausage (would of used chorizo if I had it) with 1/2 minced onion, minced garlic, 1/2 riced cauliflower, 1 package frozen spinach, 1tbsp cumin, 1tsp chili powder, 1 packet sazon goya, 1 tsp turmeric, salt and pepper, 6 cups water 1tbsp better than bouillon beef stock, 1 can fire roasted Rotel tomatoes and green chilies. Simmer 1hr plus, it was good like that but added 1 tbsp butter and 1cup heavy cream to tone the spice down a hint. Topped with green onion and jalapeno cheese crisps!
