Sort of catching up......

Didn't know where I should start this journal.  Am trying to understand my situation and figure out what I can do to make it bet-ter.  I have looked back on my life - all the way to my teens, and can't seem to find any decision which I have made which was right.  So decisions coupled with what LIFE has thrown at me, I guess adds up to current status.
Okay, I'll go back to 2007.  We lost our house (a whole other story) and moved to a mobile home.  The next June two of my grown sons in PA ran into problems.  For one it was just financial, for the other a marriage breakup, health problems and a restraining order by his wife.  They both decided that moving here to Florida was an option.  I found them a nearby mobile to rent.  I was very happy to have them here and that I could help them.  I'd been stranded in Florida (another whole story) and had little contact with my other two kids and their families.  Mid December I had a  wonderful treat - a surprise birthday party by my two sons and my husband.  I was the happiest I'd been in years.
At the same time we had been helping the next door neighbor.  His wife had a stroke and was on life support.  He was here most of the time he wasn't at the hospital.  They wanted him to cut life support, but he was distraught and couldn't decide to do it.  We talked to him a lot and drove him back and forth to the hospital.  Finally he cut the support, but his wife clung to life.
Then at 11 o'clock on the 20th I got the phone call everyone dreads and forever remembers - from my son, Paul - "Mom come quick."   My son, bob, had a massive heart attack and was dead.  The neighbor's wife died six hours later.
That is all for this entry.  I have drained my energy with it.  I will continue later.

Oh Janni, how horrible to loose your son! I am so sorry. It seems some have a harder life than others, and I wonder how much of it has to do with our decisions. I know sometimes I feel if you were to give me a block of gold it would turn to coal in my hands... you seem to have that kind of luck. I\'m so sorry.
(hugs)

Thank you. This is as hard as pulling your own teeth. I think I got one out, but half a mouthful left to go. No, sorry, I don\'t have Sykpe. I\'m so sorry about the loss of your husband. How long ago was that? Hugs to both you and Paws.
