SOO SWEET!!
I have gotten a few messages and hugs as to how I am doing and boy has that made my heart fell grateful!! I just finished my 10 week course in foster care but not licenses yet still have a few things to do. I haven't heard from my cousin other than she does want us to take the baby. However, this WILL NOT be our forever child as she is very much wanting to have custody when she gets out as it's her first child. I get it for sure!! I still have NO plan as to how I will be a mom and I am kinda going with the flow of foster parenting for now. Everyone insist that I will probably end up adopting from foster parenting which will be great. I have laid low from DS and I know ya'll get it!! It's like I am the odd man out and it hurts, although I am SOOO happy for you!! ANYWAYS like I said Ya'll get it!! Right now I am preparing for children by buying all the stuff I need like a crib, baby stuff, toys, clothes, etc!! It does sting because my husband has to work for christmas and my mom went out of town which kinda leaves me alone for Christmas!! YUCK!! I hate it, but I am H#$@ bent on NOT crying and being depressed because it does NOTHING but makes me feel EVEN FREAKING WORSE!! So I plan on sipping some wine and watching a marathon of my favorite reality shows, I hope that one day I will look at this time and crave it because I will have babies to take care of next year!! SO HAPPY that my DS girls can have there Christmas miracle!! know that I am thrilled for you!!! MAKITA

I totally get staying away from DS....I\'ve taken sanity breaks many times. I think fostering is great and you probably WILL end up adopting that way if you\'re open to it. Sorry your hubby has to work on Christmas...maybe you guys can do a midnight celebration? Enjoy the wine and the reality show marathon, I think that sounds like fun! xo
So glad you updated- I\'ve been thinking about you :)
Sorry your hub has to with on Christmas, but I thunk your plan is solid!! I really hope this is your last low key Christmas too.
Wow. Stupid iPad.
With= work
Thunk= think
Merry Christmas! I know fostering is different, and has its own unique challenges, but being willing to take in children who have had so many bad things happen to them, and help keep their lives stable and secure, takes such an incredible person! There are so many people out there who become parents easily, yet shouldn\'t be. And foster parents (the good ones, anyway) choose their role. You are such a great person for opening your home and heart like this, and I have so much respect for you. You will be making a difference to many kids! Thinking of you this holiday!
Good to hear from you! So glad to hear the classes are going well...I hope this is the door that opens up a pathway to your baby/babies! You are going to be a great Mommy! Merry Christmas!
glad to hear from you and see things are progressing. Wishing you a forever child in 2014.
So happy to see an update from you. So excited for what\'s in store for you in 2014!!! xo
I love how you are taking steps of faith and preparing for children!!
I hope your Christmas was nice and you got to enjoy your alone time since that will soon be a thing of the past ;)
I think fostering is great and it\'s definitely something I\'d like to do. What a wonderful opportunity to give love to a child who needs it...even if it\'s just for a little bit of time.
Please keep us updated on everything! P.S. You look stunning! You are inspiring me to get back into shape :)
