when predators stalk a kid (or young person), they try to make it seem like a game, when of course its not. its an attack or worse. how'd terryV know that when the rest of us didn't, she was a few years older, but that is all. terryV should have been a police-detective. she told the judge she worked for about the predator-lawyer. however, it did nothing. the judge let the other judges know and the overall on it was, he's been attacking and mugging people since 1971 when he moved here. yeah, that's really handling that thar situation. wtf? how about arrest him and put him on death row. seriously. there is even worse crap on that guy - he's a lifelong criminal. he's being sued right now and had the nerve to call up here wanting to know if anyone here is part of the lawsuit. what? no one here knows him at all. he's known in one county and he's known as a crooked lawyer who puts murderers back on the street, not much of a reputation there. i had no clue what that was about until i looked it up and i'm thinking, 32 years later and you are STILL stalking? who the hell does that? his cult says, its an excuse to call. that is bulshit. more like an excuse to try to rob. they always also ask if i'm working on anything big. the assholes from the northeast do the same thing. none of them ever succeed anyway - its like swatting insects, dealing with them - so why keep doing it.
predators/pyschopaths/people with narcisstic personality disorder view other living things (including humans) as prey. they don't have relationships, they have victims. i still think the answer is to up the death penalty ... for crimes against children (dna evidence), and animals and all crime by force plus forgery, all of which meet the standard of 'with malice and forethought'. if you are waiting in a hallway or a bathroom or behind a car...that is with forethought and if you attack that is with malice.
chilly out tonight. converting records for work all day to new numbers. had barley soup - it made me dizzy. finally visited the lawyer. different paralegal. the paralegal on this one has had five accidents and knew EVERYTHING under the sun about injuries. she said there is a four year statute on accidents because so many injuries come about as you go along. didn't really grasp all of it. so whatever is next i guess. felt enough to go there and that is saying a lot for the passed year and a half. i think the chiro helped a lot with that. the exercises they give you as well. masseuse always helps. kind of bored right now.
there is a one man show on tour written and acted by steven solomon of nyc. wonder if its coming here. i want to see it. its a comedy. i don't normally go to theatre but it has good reviews.
