Sometimes just too much

Just seems this week that things just can't  have a clear answer.I brought my beloved cat to her vet appointment and they still can't  tell me why she had a seizure . They did a full  CT scan  of her body.She has has no other tumors .They did more blood work  and took a stool sample and still no answers.Same thing for me at neurologist  no idea why I'm  not losing  weight  faster!You are doing everything right let's up your dosage of meds.It's overwhelming
