Sometimes it is a puzzle.....

So today marks 2 weeks since my discussion with the motel about the receipts copies. They called me and I told them "Provide them and you'll get the cash" they replied "Give us half and we will" I then told them "My way or forget it" so they'll lose $790? OK, I'm good with that. I'm kind of hoping they take me to court. If they bring out the letter I wrote, I'll mop the floor with them!

Tomorrow marks 5 days on the job, still going strong. Today wasn't a running day, sat on my duff for the whole day. While it's nice, I would rather be feeling like I accomplished something. Just my preferences.

Checking more and more about the company. Like how my pay will jump about $2.50 when hired, that they hire fast (Three months is average) and then OT is massive. That encourages me to work it as that's more money for bills. Their health insurance is also looking pretty good also.

Plus, they want me to start on Sunday night. This means I get off Friday morning. That's what I was trying to get from the last job. They had us start on Monday night, getting off Sat morning... Damn glad they laid me off! I now have a job I WANT! A job I DESIRED! There's a lot to be said for this company. They are actively recruiting in house for many positions. 

I spoke with my trainer regarding my hours. I learned now that I won't get 8 hours till I am hired by the company. I'll be getting 7.75 hours everyday. But when they offer OT I'll happily take it. I'll not "Expect" it, but hope for it.

Anyway, I'll still wondering why a company wants to lose a bundle over a minor issue of trust.....Still feeling cheerful of the future.
