something positive?
let's be clear - there are no silver linings here. there is nothing positive about this.
however, I found something out today that feels like a very teeny, very tiny source of....comfort? i am not sure how to describe it.
I am on my DH's insurance and we currently doing open enrollment, as I am sure a lot of people are. his company is completely changing plans (through the same insurance company). because it's a new plan, my IF coverage RENEWS. i had already maxed out my $10k lifetime coverage. so if we were to do IVF again (still not 100% sure) it would be all out of pocket.
NOW I learn that we WILL have coverage - and double the amount. $20k. I called my DH right away and my parents right after that. no one is doing any happy dancing here, but I guess if I have to do it again, having coverage is a very good thing.

Congrats, that is great news! No, its not taking away any heartbreak or bringing your baby back, but this is a huge help and brings a lot of hope for your future!!! I had this happen to me and was overjoyed when I found out we had coverage again. During this difficult time, its important to find every little blessing and celebrate it, I think it really helps to cope (at least it does for me). Sending big hugs (like always!!)

No this doesn\'t change the heart break that you experienced and it doesn\'t make it better BUT it is great news for the future!!!
Oh this is good news. It is peace of mind in the back of your mind. If and when you are ready - that comfort/help is there.

Let this be the beginning of ONLY happy news from today on forward !! Do we celebrate that insurance assists with ART procedures??? Or do we vomit that we actually need the ART??? Its bittersweet... But happy to hear that its there for you when you find the peace tp press on... xoxox

Whatever you decide to do or not do with regards to treatment, it is wonderful news that you have more options open to you now. Aside from all the other struggles that come with IF, finances shouldn\'t become another road block to having a baby. But that is just what happens to so many couples who are TTC. Glad to hear that this isn\'t (as much as) an obstacle for you!
