Something NEW...

I'M sure that we've all been told that if we eat properly as a whole, that we will lose weight, feel better physically and emotionally as well. YES, THIS IS NOTHING NEW IN THE WORLD OF SCIENCE, TRUE, BUT... MY POINT IS THIS: I am a diabetic who,while has trouble sticking with wt. training, I still get exercise by walking, volunteering, yard work, etc. and misc. other activities. I AM GOING TO SET ANOTHER GOAL ON HERE...WATCH FOR IT-CAUSE ITS GOING 2B...A JOB WELL DONE!
