Somebody make it stop!

STILL raining.... seeping into everything including my soul.   I just realized today that my Seasonal Affective Disorder symptoms are here because of all the gloom outside.   They're SO insidious.   Making me doubt, making me think maybe I should just give up on stuff, making the grief and memories not only stronger but linger and more painful, making me just feel blah in general....
But at least acknowledging what it is, is giving me the strength to fight through it.   And so I'm still floating (and with all the flooding going on around here, probably in more ways than one, lol)...
Crazy Horse Volksmarch is this weekend and my friend just cancelled.  I was planning to go on Saturday but the forecast is for MORE rain - all day.   But SUNDAY.... SUNDAY is going to be SUNSHINE AND 60 degrees!   PERFECT weather for the rugged 6 mile hike!  I'm waiting to hear from a dog park friend if she'd like to go along....
And June 1st is my kick-off.... heavy duty training time for the bike race despite the weather (3 months until race day!).... and getting started on the building and financial searches for my business.   Am I scared?  You betcha, lol... but I'm going to do it anyways.   It's time I begin to learn to trust myself, depend on myself, and find my confidence.  Move out of my comfort zone, and as Brene' Brown says, DARE GREATLY.
LATER!

Such a pity I don\'t live closer. I would have loved to do that hike with you. Could really do with something like that to get my teeth stuck into right now too.

((hugs)) I know so well that feeling of uncertainty, the despondency and gloomy feelings. I pray they can lift for both of us. May we both dare greatly too!!
I hope the rain ends and the sunshine comes out for you.
