Some Success with my IBS

In one of my many Internet searches, I found a doctor who recommended aloe vera juice to help calm the digestive tract.  I figured I had nothing to lose, so I purchases some.  I have been taking 3 ounces per day and my digestion has been pretty good for the past 2 weeks.  I'm no longer on a restrictive diet, so as each day passes I get more and more hopeful!    Aloe vera has other health benefits as well, so why not give it a try?!
