Some people have all the luck

Went to the urologist today. She said my kidney stones were the kind that don't dissolve.  
She also said if I didn't pass these now they would grow and need to be smashed.  
I'm still feeling nauseous and vertigo from the sinus infection, I really thought I would fall over at the doctor's office. Life sucks right now.
