Some humor in my chaos.
Yesterday I had to take my Down Syndrome daughter to the dentist, who is in our neighbouring town, about an hour's drive from here. She has a broken tooth, and I was concerned about her reaction to the treatment at the dentist. It is always a huge issue to take her anywhere, because I have to take extra nappies, clothes, a towel, cooldrink and her oxygen cylinder with.
While driving on the freeway, it became very hot in the car, so I put the car's fan on maximum. We don't have "aircon" in our car. But the heat increased. I later opened both front windows, so that the wind almost blew us away, but the heat got worse. I couldn't understand what was wrong with the car, because the temperature gague was normal.
An hour later we got to the dentist. By this time poor Colleen's cheeks were red from the heat. Then, suddenly, my eye caught the car fan's setting. It was set on HEAT, and not on COOL. We drove for an hour with the car's heater on maximum, and I never thought to check it! I started laughing out loud, and felt much better after that good laugh. At the dentist Colleen was just fine. Turned out that at 21, she still has her baby teeth, because her permanent teeth didn't develop properly. I worried over nothing.

I am so glad every thing is OK with Colleen\'s teeth. I am also glad you aren\'t having car trouble. I can just imagine me doing the same thing. Huggs and love to you.
Car trouble? Oh boy! This morning our car wouldn\'t start, battery was dead. Don\'t know why. So I ended up pushing the stupid car down the road, dressed in my payamas, for almost a block! The car eventually started. My older daughter can\'t push the car, because of her back problem. I felt so proud of myself! I was too exhausted to feel embarresed walking back home in my payamas! LOL
