some carpet ripped up

I ripped up a hallway through the living room.  I asked my son to move stuff so I could finish the hall. He is refusing to help because I made a mess in his room taking a desk out. (I've asked him to clean off the desk for 2 years) I can't get him to take his meds. (Including his inhaler, prednisone, allergy meds and antianxity meds) My daughter took off for a track meet (she is a manager and the photographer) She did help with the laundry and said she would help when she got back a 2pm but I can guarantee she will not have eaten and will have a migraine.   We don't even have a place to fold laundry.  
I guess I will have to unplug the internet until he does.
