Sober by the grace of God

I am completely sober since August 29, 2008.  I am proud of that, but I take no credit other than that old free will thing.  My choices remain good.  I have no cravings at all, except when I think about my friends in San Francisco (wine conneseurs).  My husband is in europe at the moment, on business.  He is in Germany at the moment and October Fest is coming.  When he told me about the beer tasting he went to last night, I had a definate twinge...envy I guess. Anyway, I am not about to mess this up right now.  I am sober today by the grace of God, and very grateful.
