So tired. Always.
I can't take this anymore. I feel like I'm losing it. Doesn't matter how much I sleep. 4 hours, 6 hours, 8, 10, 12 hours...it's always the same. I'm always SO tired I can barely function. It's having such a huge effect on every part of my life.I'm shaky all the time. I don't go out with friends anymore because I'm too tired. I don't have a social life much anymore because I spend my weekends sleeping and every day after work taking naps. I hate it. I don't know what to do. I'm trying to make doctor appointment, but my work still hasn't sent me my insurance packets. I don't even know what the doctors can do. Go to one appointment just to make another appointment for a specialist just so they can refer me to someone else so that they can do tests that take two months to get results back just so they can tell me I need to see someone else just for them to tell me nothing is wrong with me. I'M SICK OF IT. I'm pretty sure it's sleep apnea, but I have no way of knowing for sure. Does anyone else deal with this at all? I hope I'm not alone. I feel really alone. It's making me depressed. I need help.

Hey Moses, I\'m so sorry you\'re having such a rough time. I\'m kind of having the opposite problem, but I can totally relate to your frustration. I\'m beyond exhausted as well but I can\'t fall or stay asleep. This last week I\'ve averaged maybe 2-4 hours a night, but that\'s after laying in bed for 4-5 hours.
During the day it\'s all I can do to keep my eyes open and I feel like a zombie, but I force myself to stay awake in the hopes of falling asleep at night. Then as soon as 10pm rolls around I\'m wide awake. On Sunday I layed in bed till 9am only to wake up at noon. It\'s so frustrating.
What you\'re going through with sleeping, or feeling so tired, all the time sounds like your body needing time to come down from all the anxiety, and probably some depression resulting from it. You are not alone and you always have a friend here in me. Either too much sleep or too little sleep can cause us all to feel horrible. Just know that I\'m here if you ever need to talk.
(((Hugs)))

Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.
