So Tired

Narcolepsy is kicking my butt today. I am so tired. My personalities have been quiet enough today that I functioned a bit. I hope I can sleep and rest tonight. This fibroid is still bleeding. 9 months now. When will it shrink and go away? I am tired of feeling 6 mths pregnant but the doctors keep saying it will shrink eventually.
