So my State is on fire...

Along with 3 others apparently as well and things are grey. I'm so glad the sky isn't that deep, dark orange anymore but after it passed on, it's made the air quality terrible. I've been safe staying inside and keeping my windows closed cause the air quality is too bad for my health. However, it's been causing my rooms to be extra humid to the point of having prespiration on the windows which is accumulating mold and mildew. And my heater is on (I don't know why) and making the room warmer than it needs to be. It's helping push out the mist some but it is not helping me stay cool and dry. Because of this, I've been reducing heat by taking bucket baths, eating mostly cold foods and cooking food wrapped in aluminum. That's been helping a little but I really want the numbers to go down so I can cook and the humidity won't shoot up if that makes any sense.

I have a mini dehumidifier and it's doing it's best but it's not getting all the mist out of the air fast enough and I can't afford the bigger ones so I have been flustered, even to the point of leaving town for a week until the smoke subsides but I'm too broke so I have to just sit with my anger. I know I'm fortunant not to have to be outside or that my town is burning but I'm just frustrated. I'm doing all I can to keep calm but I just can't help but worry if there will be more fires or worst.
