So much snow!

On Thursday my daughter sent me a text:  "Tried a new recipe is called Kugel, want to come and try on Thursday?, and btw can u do my hair?"  So yesterday I took the ferry early after my dear Alonso shovel the car out and the driveway.  Got to my daughter's and her welcome:  "I am in a bad mood, I was better an hour ago."
She also said she did not wanted to talk about it.  So I ate her Kugel, which was really nice,  tried to asked her what was wrong, but she refused to tell me.  She did said her plans for the weekend were nixed because she did not couldn't afford it.  She wanted to go to Baltimore.  I asked her how her job seeking is going she replied she doesn't want to get a job for now.  Which leaves her with the choice of depending on her dad.  I saw she needed some groceries , I went to the Stop and Shop and bought her a few things.  Nothing major because she did had most of the stuff, just some milk, juice, bread, stuff like that.  I also cleaned the kitchen, it wasn't horrible, but needed some tidy up.   She then told me she is trying to reset her internal clock because she does becomes nocturnal and today she goes back to college.  I asked her can you please tell me honestly,  I will listen, you don't like Alonso?  How about Nina and Darell?   Her answer was that  Alonso was a nice guy and that she really like Nina and Darell and that she might come over for the weekend.   She also says it is still hard for her.  So after giving her a hug and telling her I love you I left.  
Today I am going to work and I hear it is going to snow again.  And wednesday we will have another storm......I hope not.  Am so ready for summer-translate to 45 degrees weather!!!
