So much going on

I don't even know where to begin. I thought getting the foundation and brick work done would be a good thing and one you were working on when you passed. Ever since, it's been a domino effect. I'm so tired of people in and out of our house!
The fireplace had to be torn down because it buckled. For a month, we sat with a hole in the wall covered with plastic. Once that was torn down, the floor joists sank in the same room and I had to have another company come for that. Once the floor was raised, the back door no longer closed. We had to order a door and after a week of not being able to close it, it was replaced yesterday.
The new fireplace was built this past weekend but we are still waiting on the hearth. Once that comes in, another company will come in to do the drywall and mantle. I figured I was almost in the clear and then yesterday the electric started "acting up". Dad had Wiz come look yesterday and he's hoping it's just a faulty breaker. If not, I'm going to have call one of the electricians you worked with to figure it out and fix it. Wiz is just too weak to do much. He has been receiving monthly transfusions but to no avail - the leukemia has returned.
The truck has been getting repairs and ready for the winter. I hate the thought of driving in the winter.
Meghan just got out of the hospital today. It's been a long week for her. Dan & I brought her to ER last Sunday and, of course, admitted right away. Her prognosis is still grim. While she was in the hospital this week, she started her period and she was excited about "the event" but at the same time - freaked out! You should have heard her hon, the first thing she said to me was that the doctor asked her if she'd had sex before .. she was mortified .. lol. She told the doc that she was only 12 and that's a stupid question .. lol. She talks about you all the time sweetie and knows you are always with her. She says that Uncle Rob is her angel now .. please keep watch over her.
