so ive decided something
I just got off the phone with my friend Zoe, well her and her parents. I told them simply that mom was kicking me out and asked if i could stay there. They said i could at least for a few days and we would discuss rules and stuff like that if it was going to be longer. tomorrow when mom goes work they are gonna come over and help move the essentials (mainly baby stuff).
its the only option i see. on monday i will see about becoming emancipated. since im seventeen it doesnt require me moving out (to petition the court for it since im 17) but i cant stay here. im not taking that chance.

I hope this works out for you. You should probably inform the social worker (and police?) that you don't feel safe at your mom's and won't stay there.
