so ignorant

my heart sways
i turn away
i lock the door
then i walk
the other way
 
my eyes close
i find a rose
i pick it up
chuck it back
in a thorny patch
 
I see
then believe
what i want
is close to me
 
than i open
up my mouth
i say something
that should
not come out
 
look and stare
up the stairs
close my mind
i feel the air
 
I almost reach 
than i screech
look at me
i have something
that i need
