So I've been off the thyroid meds for almost a month

The joint pain now is worse than it's ever been. I've been making bad decisions, can sleep, can barely eat (still no desire to eat, but I do), I have been in an argument with just about everyone I see on a regular basis. I wish people understood the down to the bone pain I'm in 24/7. Nothing gets rid of it. It was horrible last night, with the pain. I didn't even sleep. I stared at the wall or TV for 8 hours. I'm so miserable and I hate it. I just want it all to go away.

I\'m so sorry you are going through this...I understand the pain. Just know that once you get on the proper treatment it will get better. I didn\'t think things would ever improve, and while I don\'t recall \"normal\" or what a day without any pain feels like...I do know it does subside. When is your next doctor\'s appointment? Don\'t wait long if your dealing with this. Also, please have your Vit D checked. Since I\'ve been on a high dose of Vit D, my pain has lessened.

My next appointment is July 15. I will have to get my car back and running. At least I have people her that understand. Keeps me from feeling completely alone. Thanks :)

I also know what it feels like to feel alone with disease. A person who hasn\'t gone through this could never completely understand. Not to mention dealing with this and dealing with all of life\'s demands/stesses sometimes seems too much to handle. Keep us posted on your appointment. :) I think I have my next appointment that day as well ironically.
